Registration

Specialist Physician: EUR 650
A 20% VAT will be added to the registration fee.

Registration, accommodation, and transfer requests will be confirmed only after payment has been made to the designated bank account and the payment receipt, together with the registration/accommodation request form, has been sent to info@netmice.com.tr.

  • Participants wishing to pay by credit card may request a Mail Order Form, which will be sent by the Meeting Secretariat via e-mail.
Registration Fee Includes :
  • Participation in the scientific program
  • Congress materials (name badge, pocket program, program book, and certificate of attendance)
  • Participation in satellite symposia

  • Check-out: 27 September 2026 until 11:00
  • The accommodation package includes 2 nights. The package price remains unchanged for shorter stays and cannot be divided.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made on or before 10 June 2026 will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made between 10 June and 17 June 2026 will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations after 17 June 2026.
  • All cancellation requests must be be submitted in writing to the Organizing Secretariat.
  • Refunds will be processed after the meeting.
  • If the meeting is postponed to 2027 or a later date, or converted into a virtual meeting due to COVID-19 or any other global pandemic, the total amount paid by the sponsoring company will be deducted from the sponsorship fee applicable to the rescheduled meeting based on the current rates.

    In the event that the sponsoring company cancels its participation, the cancellation conditions valid on the cancellation date shall apply.
